Tietosuojalausunto (EU)

Tämä tietosuojaseloste päivitettiin viimeksi 13.4.2025 ja koskee Euroopan talousalueen ja Sveitsin kansalaisia ja laillisia vakituisia asukkaita.

Tässä tietosuojaselosteessa selitämme, mitä teemme tiedoilla, jotka saamme sinusta https://palauteportti.fi:n kautta. Suosittelemme, että luet tämän lausunnon huolellisesti. Käsittelyssämme noudatamme tietosuojalainsäädännön vaatimuksia. Se tarkoittaa muun muassa sitä, että:

  • kerromme selvästi, mihin tarkoitukseen käsittelemme henkilötietoja. Teemme tämän tämän tietosuojaselosteen avulla;
  • pyrimme rajoittamaan henkilötietojen keräämisemme vain laillisiin tarkoituksiin tarvittaviin henkilötietoihin;
  • pyydämme ensin nimenomaista suostumustasi henkilötietojesi käsittelyyn tapauksissa, jotka edellyttävät suostumustasi;
  • ryhdymme asianmukaisiin turvatoimiin henkilötietojesi suojaamiseksi ja vaadimme tätä myös osapuolilta, jotka käsittelevät henkilötietoja puolestamme;
  • kunnioitamme oikeuttasi päästä käsiksi henkilötietoihisi tai saada ne korjattua tai poistettua pyynnöstäsi.

1. Evästeet

Sivustomme käyttää evästeitä. Lisätietoja evästeistä on Evästekäytännössämme. 

2. Julkistamiskäytännöt

Luovutamme henkilötietoja, jos meitä vaaditaan lain tai tuomioistuimen määräyksen nojalla, lainvalvontaviranomaisen vastauksena, muiden lain säännösten sallimissa rajoissa, tietojen antamiseksi tai yleiseen turvallisuuteen liittyvän asian tutkimiseksi.

Jos verkkosivustomme tai organisaatiomme otetaan haltuun, myydään tai osallistuu fuusioon tai yrityskauppaan, tietojasi voidaan luovuttaa neuvonantajillemme ja mahdollisille ostajille, ja ne luovutetaan uusille omistajille.

Olemme tehneet Googlen kanssa tietojenkäsittelysopimuksen.

Google ei saa käyttää tietoja muihin Googlen palveluihin.

Olemme estäneet täydellisten IP-osoitteiden sisällyttämisen.

3. Turvallisuus

Olemme sitoutuneet henkilötietojen turvallisuuteen. Ryhdymme asianmukaisiin turvatoimiin rajoittaaksemme henkilötietojen väärinkäyttöä ja luvatonta pääsyä niihin. Näin varmistetaan, että vain tarpeelliset henkilöt pääsevät käsiksi tietoihisi, että pääsy tietoihin on suojattu ja että turvatoimemme tarkistetaan säännöllisesti.

4. Kolmannen osapuolen verkkosivustot

Tämä tietosuojaseloste ei koske kolmansien osapuolten verkkosivustoja, jotka on yhdistetty verkkosivuillamme olevien linkkien kautta. Emme voi taata, että nämä kolmannet osapuolet käsittelevät henkilötietojasi luotettavalla tai turvallisella tavalla. Suosittelemme, että luet näiden verkkosivustojen tietosuojaselosteet ennen näiden verkkosivustojen käyttöä.

5. Muutokset tähän tietosuojaselosteeseen

Pidätämme oikeuden tehdä muutoksia tähän tietosuojaselosteeseen. On suositeltavaa tutustua tähän tietosuojaselosteeseen säännöllisesti, jotta olet tietoinen muutoksista. Lisäksi tiedotamme aktiivisesti mahdollisuuksien mukaan.

  • Jos annat meille suostumuksesi tietojesi käsittelyyn, sinulla on oikeus peruuttaa suostumuksesi ja pyytää henkilötietosi poistamista.
  • Oikeus siirtää tietojasi: Sinulla on oikeus pyytää kaikki henkilötietosi rekisterinpitäjältä ja siirtää ne kokonaisuudessaan toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle.
  • Oikeus vastustaa: voit vastustaa tietojesi käsittelyä. Noudatamme tätä, ellei käsittelyyn ole perusteltua syytä.

Muista aina ilmoittaa selvästi, kuka olet, jotta voimme olla varmoja, ettemme muokkaa tai poista väärän henkilön tietoja.

7. Valituksen lähettäminen

Jos et ole tyytyväinen tapaan, jolla käsittelemme (valituksen) henkilötietojesi käsittelyä, sinulla on oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojaviranomaiselle.

What we collect and store

YITH WooCommerce Stripe

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Card unique identifiers: these IDs, returned by Stripe when submitting card details, will be stored to help you check out faster the next time you make a purchase on our store.
  • User unique identifier: this ID is used to uniquely identify the user on Stripe platform and create charges/subscriptions.
  • Subscription unique identifiers: these IDs will identify subscriptions on Stripe and will help us manage renewals that come from Stripe platform.

YITH Stripe Connect for WooCommerce

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • User unique identifier: this ID is used to uniquely identify the user on the Stripe platform and create charges/refunds.

YITH WooCommerce Affiliates

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Visits to the store: we’ll use this to generate statistics for affiliates and administrators.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this just for statistics, and to let administrators supervise traffic generated by affiliates.
  • Affiliate’s name, username, email address: we’ll use this information to register and keep track of affiliates.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of visits and sales generated by affiliates.

YITH WooCommerce Subscription Premium

When you buy a subscription product the following information will be stored:

  • Your name, address, email, phone number, and billing address that will be used to populate the order and the recurring order.
  • Shipping address: this data allow us to send you the current order and the recurring ones.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use these for estimating taxes and shipping purposes.

We’ll use this information for different purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your subscription

We generally store your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and as long as we are not legally required to continue to keep it.

For example, if a subscription is cancelled, it is permanently removed after xxx months. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses associated with that subscription.

Who on our team has access

YITH WooCommerce Stripe

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • All data returned by Stripe, including (but not limited to) cards’ unique ID, subscriptions’ data, and users’ details.

Our team members have access to this information to track user identity on Stripe’s server.

YITH Stripe Connect for WooCommerce

Members of our team have access to the information you provide to us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • All data returned by Stripe Connect, including users’ details.

Our team members have access to this information to track users’ identity on Stripe Connect’s server.

YITH WooCommerce Affiliates

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Affiliates’ personal details;
  • System-generated commissions;
  • Payments sent to the affiliates;
  • Visits and sales generated through the referral links.

Our team members have access to this information to correctly manage the affiliation system, and perform the required actions in order to prevent customers from any inappropriate usage of the affiliate program.

YITH WooCommerce Subscription Premium

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Subscription information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

YITH WooCommerce Affiliates

We send payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the commission total and payment information.
